Many years ago (early 90's), I started training to get my Private license. I was just about finished when I found out I ran out of money. Needless to say, I never got my ticket, and it has haunted me to this day.

After being burnt out in a previous career field, I want to start a new career. I want to become a commercial pilot, but I'm afraid that my age (39) will limit my job options.

Can anyone comment on this?
Also, it has doubled in price to accomplish this, how can one pay for such endeavours with limited funds, credit, rich relatives?

Thanks,
Brent

No, its not yet late, the maximum age for a commercial pilot is 60 years.
And with the prices to accomplish the training, nobody can help you out.. Embarrassed
