Has anyone ever checked in to helicopter or general aviation training grants?  I've got my school picked out.  I'm a volunteer firefighter looking to fly helicopters in the public safety area (search and rescue, air ambulance, fire fighting, etc.) It may be possible to get help from the Department of Education, FEMA, Department of Homeland Security (they have programs for the fire service),  Kentucky Division of Forestry.  I will be contacting these agencies to see what's available, but if anyone knows of any other agencies or programs available, let me know.

Thanks
