Criminal Trial Attorney needs roto-wing CFI(s) to testify in Motion to Suppress Evidence hearings in several pending Texas criminal prosecutions. The issue deals with FARs and their subjective application in whether roto-wing tree-top altitude flight (surveillance) poses a hazard to persons and property on the ground for the purpose of determining the reasonableness of law enforcement searches only, and NOT to seek more restrictive FAR altitude requirements for roto-wing aircraft in general.
